  • 1995, 2000: N.C.C officer from 1993 – 2001 at Stella Maris College, Chennai

    •  At the PRCN – 57, 1995 at Women’s officer Training School (WOTS), Gwalior, M.P, won first in the Order of Merit and best in Officer Like Qualities (OLQ) and first Best Cadet all India level

    •  Was awarded the Director General Silver plaque of Honour for the All India Best Women Officer Cadet, 1995

    •  As 2/Lt won the most efficient and best officer award in Group A, 2000

  • 1985: Awarded the Sri.Kanchi Kamakoti Peedam Certificate of Merit for best outgoing M.Sc. student of Stella Maris College in the year 1985

  • 1980: Secured highest marks in state in Mathematics and Biology in the +2 Examination (1980) and was awarded four gold medals for highest marks (Maths, Chemistry, Biology and Aggregate) in the city of Madras by the City Headmistress Association
